ServiceNow Objects with Violations Page
The Objects with Violations page displays a list of objects with DLP violations.
Tip
You can refresh the page by clicking the refresh icon beside the instance name of the app.
The Objects with Violations page displays a table with the following fields:
Object Name: Unique identifier of the ServiceNow object. This data comes from ServiceNow.
Owner: Name of the ServiceNow object.
Object Type: Type of ServiceNow object. This can either be an incident or problem.
Policies Hit: Name of the API Data Protection policy that triggered a violation.
Last Edited: Time stamp of the violation.
View in ServiceNow: Opens a link to the ServiceNow incident.
The Objects with Violations page allows you to search for specific post using filters. To use the search filters, click + Add Filter to apply one or more of these filters:
Owner: Filter based on the owner of the ServiceNow object.
Object ID: Filter based on the ServiceNow object ID.
Violations In: Filter violations based on a field or attachment.
DLP Profile: Filter ServiceNow objects that may have critical information like PCI, PII, PHI, or any DLP profile.
Based on the filter used, a list of objects is displayed in the table. To view complete details about a object, click on an item to open the Object Details summary.
The Objects with Violations page also allows you to export the contents of the table. Click Export to download a spreadsheet file. On the Export window, you can select the rows, name the export file, and click EXPORT.
