Downloading DLP Incident Files

This is a Limited Availability (LA) feature. Contact your sales representative to enable this feature.

Each DLP incident object has a download option so you can download the incident file. This file contains the content that violated the DLP policy and caused the incident. When you download the file, it's downloaded into the forensic folder you defined in your Forensic profile.

To download a DLP incident file:

  1. Go to Settings > Forensics.

  2. Click Edit. The Edit Forensics window appears.

  3. In the Edit Forensics window:

  4. Click the Edit Settings for the forensic profile.

  5. Select Enable original file access.

  6. Click Save.

  7. Go to Incidents > DLP.

  8. Click the Object. The Object Details page appears.

  9. On the Object Details page, click The Download Object icon..
