Cisco Webex Summary Page

The Cisco Webex summary page provides a high-level overview of the recent Cisco Webex activities that trigger policy violations. All messages and attachments across all teams and spaces are scanned.

Tip

You can refresh the page by clicking the refresh icon beside the instance name of the app.

To view the Cisco Webex dashboard, log in to the Netskope tenant UI, navigate to API Data Protection, click a Cisco Webex Teams app instance from the left navigate pane.

The summary page displays these primary panels:

  • Messages: Displays messages with DLP violations, violation in message text, and violation in file attachments. The messages pane also displays the following:

    • Message Exposure: Exposure of messages like internal, shared in private, internally shared, externally shared, and public.

    • Message with DLP Violation: Displays the total number of DLP-violated messages per DLP profile. The statistic is categorized by DLP profile or rule.

    • Domains Externally Shared: Displays the total number of external domains with whom the messages are shared and the corresponding files with violations.

  • Users, Teams, & Spaces: Displays the total number of users, teams, and spaces and corresponding DLP violations and external users. This pane also displays the following:

    • User Type: Displays the number of internal and external users.

    • Space Type: Displays the number of group and direct spaces.

You can click any of the graph values to get a detailed view of the messages with violations, users, teams, or spaces.
