Next Generation API Data Protection for Zendesk
Using API Data Protection involves configuring the API connection for your Zendesk app.
In order to use the Next Generation API Data Protection for Zendesk, first you will need to connect Netskope to your Zendesk account via Zendesks' API. The following sections explain how the API connector works, and how to configure the connection.
Important
This is the first release of Next Generation API Data Protection for Zendesk. With the current release, you can receive audit events and standard user behavior analytic alerts in Skope IT. Features like DLP and threat protection, inventory and dashboard, remediation actions, and retroscan will be rolled out in due course.
