Connected App/Plugin Profile

The Connected App/Plugin profile allows you to create a profile comprising a custom list of Google apps and plugins. Use this profile to detect and prevent users from installing whatever 3rd-party apps they add in Google.

To create a connected app/plugin profile:

  1. Go to Policies > Profiles > Connected App/Plugin.

  2. Click New Connected App/Plugin Profile.

  3. On the Add Connected App/Plugin Profile page, click Select File.

    Upload the .csv file comprising the list of connected apps/plugins and IDs. The format of the .csv file should be:

    • connectedApp1,ID

    • connectedApp2,ID

    • connectedApp3,ID

  4. Click Next, enter the name for this profile, and click Save Connected App/Plugin Profile.

  5. Click Apply Changes.
