Upload Logs to the Netskope Tenant UI

You can upload the log files from your log source to the Netskope UI. For logs greater than 1000 MB in size, we recommend using the SFTP to upload logs. Refer to the subsequent sections for uploading logs using SFTP on Windows and Mac/Linux.

Note

Binary format is not supported.

  1. Login to the tenant UI. Go to Settings > Risk Insights > Log > Upload, and click Upload Logs.

  2. Click Select File, and go to and select the log file.

  3. Choose the type of the log file. For example, if you are uploading a checkpoint log, choose the log type as chkp.

  4. Click Upload to upload the log.
