Microsoft Office 365 Teams Users Page

The Users page displays the list of internal, external users, and messages with violations.

Tip

You can refresh the page by clicking the refresh icon beside the instance name of the app.

The Users page displays a table with the following fields:

  • Username: Name of the user.

  • User Type: The type of user. There are two types of users: guest or internal.

  • # Messages with Violations: Number of violating messages by a user.

  • # Teams: The number of teams the user belongs to.

  • Full Name: Full name of the user.

The Users page allows you to search for specific user using filters. To use the search filters, click + Add Filter to apply one or more of these filters:

  • User Name: Find users based on the email address of the user.

  • Full Name: Find user based on the full name of the user.

  • Team Name: Find users based on the team name.

  • User Type: Filter users based on the type of user viz., guest or internal.

  • Has DLP Violations: Filter users based on a DLP violation.

Based on the filter used, a list of users is displayed in the table. To view complete details about a user, click on an item to open the User Details summary.

The Users page also allows you to:

  • Export the contents of the table. Click Export to download a spreadsheet file. On the Export window, you can select the columns and rows, and type the name of the export file.
