Perform Actions on Application Risk Exchange Business Rules

A write-access user can manage all the business rules from a single place on the platform at the Business Rules page, and can mute one or multiple business rules, edit the query for business rules, or delete the business rules from this page.

Clone Application Risk Exchange Business Rules

A write-access user can clone the business rule including Exception rules also. If user checks the checkbox then exception rules which are under the business rule will also be cloned to new business rule.

Mute Application Risk Exchange Business Rules

Muting can be used to temporarily ignore any new Applications that would normally trigger.

Edit Application Risk Exchange Business Rules

To edit a business rule, select the “Edit” icon on the rule. Users can change filter fields or values for the filter.

Test Application Risk Exchange Business Rules

To test a business rule, select the “Test” icon on the rule and click on “fetch” button. This will display the total number of Applications matching this Business Rule.

  1. Enter the Time Period (in days). Only the Applications updated during this period will be considered while evaluating the business rule. Checking the All Time will evaluate all the Applications with updated time within the last 365 days.

  2. Click Fetch.

Delete Application Risk Exchange Business Rules

To delete a business rule, select the “Delete” icon on the rule and confirm the action.

Add, Edit or Delete Exception Rules to Application Risk Exchange Business Rules

This function is used to exclude specific Applications based on some criteria. For example, a write-access user could exclude Applications with CCL or any other query. A write-access user can create exception rules with any query.
